Re clear indicator lenses, my recent experience in bright sunshine is that these can much more difficult to see from some angles when blinking. As I pulled up at a main road, a car approaching me from my right turned into my road. It was only when he was turning away from the direct sunlight that I could see that his left hand indicator was actually working.
