Bruce - modern Morgan’s do not have damper blades they have ball races under the main spring on top of the stub axle. Yes the top of the kingpin has a grease nipple and is drilled to allow grease go down to grease the top bearing. As to the right amount of grease, it becomes second nature after a while and I do remind people that you MUST check underneath from time to time. It’s much easier to use the remote when away from ones normal garage and that is the major benefit.
It does not mean you should ignore the practice of checking all fasteners on a Morgan!!
