Liverpool Victoria don't need a tracker for mine.... I didn't want one either having had trackers fitted on previous cars.
Oddly I found the opposite, my Merc E-class was insured with LV, when I changed it for a GL-class they wouldn't insure it without a tracker. I went on-line and quickly insured it with another company for a similar premium but no requirement for a tracker.
