Since being bulldozed sideways and having the repairs carried out my rattle seems to have disappeared. I do however, now have some bigger and better ones from around the passenger foot well area - Grrrr.

Roger, i hope the flange removal works for you. It seems tol a newbie here that the flanges are there to keep the elt centered when the belt stretches and starts moving around thus keeping it there until you can get around to tightening it properly. Morgan should pay attention and make sure this is aligned properly before it leaves the factory.
