I have fitted a waterproof cigsocket under the dash on the passenger side of my +8 and use a dual USB charger. Because of my military legacy I wear bluetooth hearing aids which are connected to my iphone which is plugged into the charger. This means the phone can be down next to the handbrake and I can hear all the instructions, music, radio, phone calls without any problems. Works a treat.
