Take care when wiping excess grease away on the off side, as the speedometer sensor is screwed in towards the brake disc at the rear of the stub axle, not easily seen, and as it is made from basically a hollow bolt, it is easily broken off.
Also, after greasing, if you have difficulty removing the grease nozzle from the nipple try fitting a “G-coupler” to your grease gun, available from Amazon or Ebay at around £20. It makes it so much easier; I wouldn’t be without one.
