That's where the book I mentioned is really useful. Its so easy to do damage if the wrong product/methods/equipment are used. Very rewarding if its your thing - some people love detailing whilst others hate it. I have seen some horrific results where keenness has overtaken skill - demo days are a great idea and great tips canbe picked up.
