I did the same back in 2014.
I drained the box over night and virtually nothing came out. This was after 2 dealer services!!!
So I flushed it out with diesel a few times then ran it up to temp. on axle stands with some cheap 20/50 until what came out was pretty clean.
I have used Millers EP140 ever since and it is pretty quiet relatively speaking.
BTW it makes a right racket running it on diesel.
