I wouldn't recommend overfilling the bevel gearbox. The oil level is one of the things that can be worked out easily in the design and overfilling it just adds to the friction and heat build up. The level plug is there for a reason and the vent plug is there for a different reason.



and often the overfill just is shoved out the vent
