I have to have a spare pair of glasses standing by for WHEN i lose the first pair - unless I tread on them in which case they're knackered anyway. Last year I found a pair in the oven, must've put them on the fold down oven door while I read the instructions on the frozen chip packet, shut the door, switched on and cooked them, looked everywhere for them, found them when the chips were done - they looked like prawn crackers! It's silly having fold down doors anyway.
It just served to confirm the wifes suspicions.
