Morgans are too costly to have the sorts of problems you mentioned, and such comments are contrary to the perception of an exclusive hand-built brand.
I doubt you are being realistic. Morgans may be hand built but in reality that means a lower quality rather than a higher one and I write that not as a Morgan owner but as someone with a lifetime in manufacturing. If you want to improve quality, you automate and get rid of people. And yes they are exclusive because the volume is low which again has if anything negative effects on quality. So dont expect a hand built exclusive Morgan to be as well made as a machine built decidedly non exclusive Porker for example.
What you are buying with a Morgan is not a problem free life but lots of smiles and fun with a few
problems hiccups on the way.
