A propos Brian V's comments about Factory service, I was trying to give a balanced picture here.
On a personal level, I'm not their biggest fan and for that reason, I don't tend to deal with them direct. On the other hand, I DO know that many others have received excellent feedback and, as we've read many times in posts, there are staff at the Factory who do 'go that extra mile' to help and I felt it was important that Steven should be aware of this
