bmgermany. When I fitted Rogers bump stops. I drove the car without the tool tray or carpet or shelf. Allowed me to stop adjust stop adjust etc. I then drove around with just the shelf fitted until i was happy with the adjustment. Then cut a small block of wood to size so in the future could quickly put the stops in without the hassle.
If you do drive the car with the tool tray & shelf out, be prepared for a fair amount of noise and some sounds you will have never heard before.
