This is a combined bolt in sump baffle and windage tray for the TR engined +4’s

As the drivers are pushing harder than ever these days, they are starting to see oil surge when cornering on track

The standard oil pick up on TR engine is a long sock like gauze, running along the bottom of the sump pan. It’s size makes it impossible to adequately battle the sump, so we designed a new pickup, that bolts directly to the bottom of the oil pump. We had to get these 5 axis machined because of some of the geometry of the part
The new pick up allows for a much smaller area to be baffled with one way trapdoors

An old aluminium sump was 3d scanned and then sectioned to check for proper clearance
