I ran through the pump replacement over the weekend and am pleased to report that all went to plan. It seems that my convoluted hoses were actually the same size, so the (very good I must say) instructions needed a little interpretation at that point, but it was soon pretty obvious quite which hose needed removed.
Timely comment Phil as I'm just doing a 2nd edition of the Walbro retrofit instructions as we speak. Two equally sized hoses is a new one on me! What year is your car? Do you happen to have a photo of the pump assembly showing the two identical convoluted hoses? I have some feedback from Chocadoodledoo and Chris99 to add but does anyone else have any suggestions for any other improvements to the document?
