We live in a poorly resourced area NHS wise and that is why he is not welcomed in our area at the present time we cannot run the risk of some random "have it all and sod the rest of you" coming down for the weekend.

On the whole Devon is a very welcoming county in peace time (as other regular TMers will confirm) and we enjoy the variety of loud shirts and voices that appear from time to time grin2 they are necessary for our present facilities to be maintained.

All the locals without exception have drawn closer together to help the vulnerable out and there is a great atmosphere in the area which is generally very good in peacetime, it's a wonderful place to live and all we ask is a modicum of consideration to be offered by others, not too much to ask but as Neilda says there are a few cretins out there.

The infection rate in London is now half that of the South-West so he'll have far more chance of being infected by you than the other way round. Fair play to him for taking the risk.
