Thank you OZ 4/4. I'm sorry, I have no idea what the chassis number was but the English Registration was VUY 5G and it was flame red. I did not deal with the buyer as it was sold on commission by, iirc Mike Duncan when he was in Lye. I worked a few doors away in Lye and spent my lunchtimes looking in the window or in the workshop in the back. I nearly bought a car from him but my insurance company said, "No way". It had a rather hot engine.
I have some photos somewhere of the car. I'll dig them out and send them to you to check.
