Back in the early 1960’s my aunt was having a bungalow built. The builder was Stan Quinnell. Stan had his son hand digging foundations and labouring with minimal JCB digger work. It was to build him up, together with drinking a lot of milk. Seemed to work....his son is Derek Quinnell. Rugby legend. She has some 8mm cine film of it tucked away. She is 98 now and like a spring chicken.
