I was fiddling around with a cardboard box.

I glued a plate of wood and a T-shaped piece of metal on it. It is clamped into one of the rectangular holes of the radio mount. It sits really firm. Since I have no radio I removed the radio blind.

Next step: Building a wooden tray and trim it with leather. Clamp it with two plates instead of one.

Caveat: It only works for LHD Morgans, because of the reachability of the handbrake.
