Thought I should report a little more on the factory visit two weeks ago.
While we were waiting for the tour to start the boss disappeared into the Morgan shop and reappeared after twenty minutes with a magnificent sheepskin flying jacket for me, an early birthday present. Out guide said that thetour would take a liitle over the hour but he was so enthusistic and knowlegable that is was closer to two hours

The biggest takeout for me was the passion of the team building the cars and getting to briefly engage with them as we walked around; My car was at the stage of having the wings mounted, the tub was already on and the engine installed,I got to sign the body in the footwell

Virtually every car on "the line" was different in some aspects, including a few racing specials.

We saw the first batch of three wheelers in parts and two assembled, they are an awesome machine but the Aussie regulators wont let them in the country at this stage ( Australia, the"nanny state")
