Please, Please, dont be afraid to more to you car than just tighten the mirror. One of the most beautiful things about these cars is the simplicity...mechanical honesty of the machine...Have no fear to fix it yourself.
When I was 17 I bought my first MGB. After a near metal bending brake failure, I rebuilt my brakes. I had no clue as to what I was doing. I just read and asked questions.
Last winter I rebuild my Cosworth BDR thats in my 4/4 and the transmission thats in my TR4.
