The Centa roller inserts generally have a life of about 10,000 miles give or take 2,000 miles. That said, some have lasted much longer and some much less. The way you drive the car does make a difference, one of the M3W racers managed to destroy the Centa rollers in a few hundred miles. There was a bad batch of rollers about in 2018-19 as well with several Centa failing at low mileages. If you have more than 4,000 on your car it probably doesn't have them, as they would have failed.

Phil Bleazeys Centa modifications improve the operation of the Centa and allow the inserts to be replaced in under an hour, rather than a day or two with the engine out, well worth doing if you have the chance.
