I was sorry to read of your accident when you shared it back then and none too surprised to also read just what a pain it can be to resolve matters to any reasonable degree. I lost my very first car as a newly married freshly mortgaged up to the hilt youngster, to a stupid student who`s father engaged a lawyer immediately after the bump which was primarily his fault, I hit him..

I saw him arrive and give way on a side road to the dual carriageway on which I was travelling, he had time to cross in front to get to the break in the cenral reservation, but his car coughed, it was winter and suspect the engine was still cold, at which stage I did not then expect him then to proceed, he may have pulled out the choke and did proceed at which stage I hit him...so in the days long before dash cams, the guy with the lawyer wins...!!!!

Well no, I wrote my broker a letter carefully explaining the circumstances of the accident as well as taking time to point out that I expected better of him, through which he then made a case on my behalf to the insurance company where instead of me being found to blame, a percentage of the blame was considerably altered in my favour, Yeah Brokers may sometimes have to be leaned on, much as may have been the case in the Morgan specialist brokers case I mentioned previously. I think that unfortunate situation appeared in a JockMog magazine a year or two back..?
