The successor will use a 3 cylinder compliant engine in the CX chassis.
I'd assume it'll be announced at next year's Geneva show.
I'm sure there's may interesting permutations between CX chassis & BMW's powertrains.
& it's only a question of time before an electric or hybrid Morgan appears.
The i3 won't be replaced when its production run ends - 2024, probably.
So what chance a hybrid Plus 4, using the now-discontinued i3 system - or an all electric variant?
In a nutshell they’ve got 10years of new sales to petrol heads left, after that I think their USP will collapse? Would I buy an electric Morgan? Doesn’t push my buttons I’m afraid.
