we try to do the same. The Real Sausage Company gets my business as a butchers, the farm shop for seasonal veg. I would buy take out beer & wine from the local but they aren't allowed to do that. Tuesday I will use the fishmongers at Felixstowe Ferry.
Sadly though it gets harder & harder.
