Yes, I picked up a replacement from Morgan Spares in NY.

Re: the frame springing - I think the remainder of it staying all connected helps, and the front is rather flexible when you loosen it up a bit. I think every little bit contributes to the overall rigidity so when I took off the radiator, lower stays, front few inner wing bolts, it allows those members some flex, but they’re still pretty fixed.

I think I’ll pick up more of an appreciation for the flexibility when I try to reassemble and fit the new one in.

Narrow pulley upgrade and replace timing chain first.
