As others have said it does appear that standards are being applied retrospectively in Belgium. Where is the lowest point , under the gearbox crossmember?
I would think about new 4 seater springs which will give you a bit more clearance but 2 cm is a lot to gain. Ask around other owners here about what their situation is with the same model.
The ultimate (if rather expensive) solution would be to fit the SSL rear suspension kit (Around 4000 Euros?) but this is adjustable for ride height and would give you the additional clearance needed I am sure. It also brings many other benefits which help justify the cost (better ride quality , faster and more direct turn-in, adjustable for load etc)
