Tom, sorry to hear this change in the rules.
I'm just wondering if it would be possible to swap your wheels over with a friend with 70 section tyres for a check to save you unnecessary outlay before you go to the good measures that have been suggested, it could be cheaper were it to work at the test you could swap back afterwards..
