and indeed , with "oldtimers" it became more&more difficult , they always find "something" which means stress and $$$ every year. One of the "new" rules is that everything needs to be original. A car that passed MOT last year , can fail now.... just because they "find" something as a not original seat , yellow shock or red spring ... i also believe it's a policy to get those old cars out of the streets.

I have to go MOT with my '89 +4 .... before "summer" use.... and was also already concerned about ride height problems....IF they inspect it .


Time to move to the UK then. That sounds ridiculous & if the car is road legal then state sponsored terrorism.
