As I said before, if its still on the original 2012 rear tyre then definitely get it replaced. It's then a good idea to put a puncture sealant such as PunctureSafe in the new rear.

Its worth being aware that the urban cooling fan will always run once the engine gets up to about 200f and your speed is below 10 mph so don't worry if you hear it running every time you stop. Above 10 mph the fan switches off and the shroud duct air to the rear of the cylinders.
