There is just so many directions you can go on upgrades. I like fiddling with the Morgan so not an issue with the Morgan. The good news it is fun making it your own which is the way Harleys used to be though maybe they still are. What is fabulous about the Morgan is that it is a blast to drive and you will not see a lot on your journeys.
For upgrades some of my favorites so far have been the Ohlin shocks as it really tunes up the ride. Mine came with Stage 1 from the factory if not I would be on that tomorrow. I added the stage 2 cams, roller rockers and a tuneable ECU also transformative. LED lights are a good plug and play option as well. If want to live dangerous and not wear a helmet I would suggest getting some kind of pad for the hoop so it does not knock you senseless. There are some nice leather options that you can ship from the UK.
Of course I would also cruise through what Emil from MorganCustoms has as his stuff is all great and he is a great guy to deal with. I would of course grab an oil cooler. Also Emil's fuel line upgrade is also a solid item to buy as it smoothed out my engine and made it start much easier. By the way Rodger is spot on come up to the Shenadoah ride. If Emil is there I am sure he will help you out.
