From 2030 you will not be able to buy a NEW IC engined car.
No quite - present ruling is new hybrids will be allowed to be sold up to (including) 2035.
Looks like Lexus are safe for a few years then & don't need to panic to finalise pure EV's (yes, I know they are about to launch the UX300e)
