China must be laughing at us all the way to the bank, we’ve become a culture of materialism. Worse still, it not material of any use, we clamber for trivial tat. Stupidly , we reward the cheapest producer and shun the best in the deluded belief that we’re saving money when all we’re doing is wasting everything.
It all just next year’s landfill, I honestly think that the poor, downtrodden Chinese worker must look and the crap he or she is putting in the polystyrene box in amazement, chuckling to themselves “ what sort of idiot needs the electronic belly wiggler 2000?” they wonder.
Hypocritical rant over, I’m off to watch some pointless racing cars on my wide screen telly, with a flat white made with ethically certified beans, carted from halfway round the world, in my Chinese but German sounding bean to cup coffee machine.
