Oop north	Hi Planenut, I drilled 2, 3mm holes one either side then screwed 2 self tapping screws in and pulled it out with pliers. I drifted the new one in using a spark plug socket. Part number for the new one is: SKF, HMSA10V, 22x35x7 Radial Shaft Seal.
