Re the Powerflex

TBM there’s another consideration too I think. There is next to no if any spare movement in some of the dampers in both compression and extension (I know I had a pair with not enough movement). Those PU Powerflex stops are very stiff indeed, installing those potentially transfers some significant bump loads to the damper mounts. Specifying and sizing something with the suitable compliance might be tricky in the available space and as Robbie says all cars are different, even from side to side. The rear damper attachment points particularly on the earlier cars are not so robust.
