I suspect that Will Tomkins, the owner of the collection, does have the funds to tackle them all if he so chooses. If you google Turrino Wheels you will see that he clearly is a very successful businessman, as well an interesting and knowledgeable petrolhead. He certainly impressed me with his knowledge of the cars.
His father also seemed to be a daring doo character flying biplanes from the bottom of the garden!
