I spent about 4 hours this afternoon cleaning and detailing the 19" summer wheels and tyres, then one by one jacked up the car, removed the 18" winter wheel and tyre and replaced it with the now clean and shiney summer wheel.
After doing this my shoulders ache, my hands ache and my knees hurt.
This used to be fun, but it seems my ageing body can't quite do what my unaged brain believes I can do.
Has anyone else started to find that with ge they are physically not as flexible, agile and strong as they believe they should be?
Ibuprofen, where are you when I need you?
