Here is pic of notes i took of weights.
Diaphragm just decided to crack, all by itself.
Had to buy complete new clutch as couldnt source a diaphragm any where
Looks like clutch unit was approx 3kg

That's pretty light all told, and thinning the outer part of the flywheel greatly reduces the inertia, which increases as the 4th power of the diameter.
Is M3W clutch failure not that unusual, or did you just have bad luck?
I can't think of anything the driver could do to cause that, other than regularly using it for high rep leg exercises.
