I have a roof bar joined to a Mulberry spanner to lever off the hex nuts. They self tighthen & my front ps one is a pig without this.
Where are you based? Maybe on of us on here can come and look at your car or could you get say Cain at Wolf to look at it to stop you worrying.

it's booked into an independent garage that a mate who has a Morgan has been going to for years. I'll see how that goes.
