Surely to be consistent, the former eMog massive should say it is a kitcar as it has an American engine installed in America and not at the Works?
When is a Mog not a Mog? don't know and (don't care much TBH)
eMog is no more, so have no idea what the "eMog massive" would say - when it had 2 or 3 thousand members I would imagine that there would have been 2 or 3 thousand different opinions.
But whatever the discussion, I am sure that because the engine was American and the work done in America would not have been relevant.
