I'm writing from Italy so my usual temperatures may be hotter than the continental Europe or British ones but in my Roadster V6 S2 the oil pressure ranges between 2-1.5 bars (when it's moving) to 1-0.8 bars when it's stationary.
When i bought it (used, January 2020, damn you Covid) it was ranging from 2.5 to 1.5 bars, but I cannot think of a moment when anything changed and caused this drop in oil pressure. I've noticed the change in pressures this year, starting January 2021.
Everything is running fine, my water temperature ranges between 90 and 110°C, with the fan blowing at speed 1 from ~105°C, but i've also got a manual fan switch on the dash that allows me to turn it on independently at speed 2, (max speed)
