Took the top hinges off today. Popped the pins out, and gave them a light fettling with a hammer. Didn't make a blind bit of difference.

Took them out again and smacked the sh1t out of them with a larger hammer. A vast improvement - nearly all the movement gone. Had to raise the door latches by a few mm so they'd shut (they'd obviously dropped a fair bit).

Haven't tried them with side screens yet thoiugh.

Also gave the drivers door stay a quick squeeze in the vice (with the rubber vice covers) and that works a lot better now.

Hopefully be able to get some oversize pins and make a more permanent repair.
