The auto box is superb both in full auto around town and in Sport or Sport+ where IMHO it is an automatic clutch rather than gearbox when using the paddles. Just brilliant. As you say the legroom provided by the missing clutch pebble is a god send especially for me as I have sciatica in my left leg.
