Oil is cooling engine and need to be cooled I think.

Unless you live in Death Valley I would be concerned that an oil cooler connected directly to the engine oil pipes without a thermostat bypass system will not allow the oil to heat up to the required temperatures or at least will take considerably longer to do so. It is probably not good even in Death Valley. Oil coolers are good for when it gets hot and in hot States but the engine needs to get the oil to maximum running temperature as quickly as possible before the cooler kicks in.
