My wife and I have had two attempts since Christmas without any success. The hood seems to be at least 2 inches too small all around. As usual, it will have to wait for the warmer weather!
If its an everflex hood, maybe warming it in the oven or airing cupboard may make it more pliable and stretch, always a pain putting those hoods on in the cold or wet.
