Thread revival....in my OP last December I was moaning about the sqidgy mastic-y / DumDum-y stuff that oozes out from between the bulkhead and the ash frame. In the end it took an hour each side to sort it, using the pushing power of an index finger, a plastic trimming tool, and a wipeoff with cellulose thinner -- which probably explains why (labour cost) they leave the factory looking like a badly-fitted kitchen.
