It will be interesting to know, if the driver is successfully prosecuted, what penalty is issued. If they have points (as is likely for someone who is prepared to drive like that) they may have a problem.
Have other TMers with dash cams submitted footage? I have to say I had a little reservation about doing so, but on the other had he was only a jot from wrecking Henrietta or, perhaps, injuring or killing other drivers.
