I viewed your car in person and it is lovely. Perhaps this is something that applies only to me but knowing what a Plus 8/Aero were going for prior to prices going through the roof is what would be putting me off. I've lusted after an Aero chassis Morgan and regret not putting the trigger prior to the craziness we are in now. And as others have said, it doesn't help that a CX is about the same money and can be spec'd.
Even prior to this, I passed on a few Aeros as the spec was't 100% to my liking and for a used car purchase at this price, it would have to tick all the boxes. So it could be that the car hasn't found it's buyer just yet.
