THREAD REVIVAL
Some of the non ignition related failure points can be a dodgy fuel pump relay, faulty (or displaced) fuel pump fuse, and the inertia switch under the bonnet is activated or the leads to the switch have come loose.
Hunting for a mystery rattle that apparently comes from behind the dash of my Roadster (but which isn't covered in the first 40 or so pages of
"The Guide To Morgan Rattles") I came across this item which is the Inertia Switch. If like me, you have/had no idea about the Inertia Switch, this is what it looks like:
