Yes George is an interesting blend of several of them.

A mature head
Young and keen, willing to pick difficult overtaking places on occaision
Tactical (came in early for soft tyres at his request)
Chooses his moment
Friendly to all for a long term plan

I think we have yet to see the best of him.
